World’s Largest Play Date for San Diego Kids
I can’t believe I’m writing a blog since I’ve never actually read a blog. I don’t have the time, and I always wonder who does?! But now that I’m helping the 3,000 members of the Parent Connection set the world record for largest play date, I have something to write about that actually might be of interest to San Diego moms.
Are you looking for FREE things to do with your kids in San Diego? Do your kids like jumpers, face painting, bubbles, music, magic, dancing, animals, character visits, caricatures, crafts, clowns and carnival food? Mark your calendar for The World’s Largest Play Date on Saturday, October 9th, 2010 and help the Parent Connection set a world record.
Why play date? Well, for 30 years the Parent Connection in San Diego has been known mainly for its playgroups. We currently have 260 active playgroups in San Diego! We’re getting our members together for this record-setting event and are inviting all San Diego kids to join us in the fun. Did I mention it’s free??
Stay tuned for more information about which companies sign on to participate. If you have a favorite vendor you’ve hired for a children’s party, let me know who they are. We want only the best party companies at the play date bringing their most popular games, costumes and equipment.
